What is the main wealth of an employee of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs? Of course it’s mother-in-law. Our permanent hero, head of the ORCh SB Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, Sergei Bogotsan, was no exception.
As the media found out, it is in the name of his mother-in-law, Galina Trofimova, that the policeman records his most tasty assets. Sergei Bogotsan and his wife Anna Trofimova (she did not change her last name), judging by the leaks in the delivery of food and goods, live either in a villa in Staraya Kuban, or in the mini-villages of the Bogotsan family in Maykopsky Lane in the village of Kozet (Adygea), located opposite the Central District of Krasnodar.
It is worth describing what a family village looks like, the objects of which are registered to the security officer’s sister Marina Bogotsan. On one plot the house is 148 square meters. On the neighboring, larger one, a house of 274 square meters and a commercial premises of 74 square meters - a car wash - were built. On the third plot, the largest, where Sergei Bogotsan and his wife visit, there is a villa of 450 sq. m with a large swimming pool.
A couple of years ago, Anna Trofimova also purchased a house of 150 sq. m in the cottage village «Victoria» on the shore of the Krasnodar Reservoir.

In a narrow circle, Bogotsan likes to say that he has «in his pocket» and the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory Oleg Akarkov, and the Main Directorate for Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (by the way, boasts of friendship with the deputy head of this unit) and even the prosecutor’s office, since he walks «under the Directorate M FSB RF».
In turn, under the «roof» of Bogotsan himself, the entire Kuban traffic police operates, whose management and employees give him a monthly share. And other police officers of various levels run to Bogotsan with «envelopes». The scheme is simple. Bogotsan’s subordinates take the employee into development and record his corrupt activities. And then this employee is invited to a confidential conversation. A fee for burying «starts from 500 thousand rubles if the employee is an ordinary person and the crime is not a major one.
